Statement
絶望。あたしたちは全てを放ってピンク色の車に乗り込んでいるところ。傷跡を縫い合わせてつくった小さなひかりを反射するナイフで背中のリボンを解き合い耳を澄ます。手をつないだっていつも一緒じゃない、あなたはあなた、私は私で泣くことがあるんだ。涙と退屈で広がり続ける海の底で見つけた鍵で、どこにも居ない自由で狂った女の子たちがひらく天国への扉。
Despair. We are jumping into a pink car leaving everything behind. As we untie the ribbons on each other’s backs, with a small light-reflecting knife made by sewing up our scars, we listen. We’re holding hands but are not always together; we all have times when we cry alone. We were born to meet on this planet. The doors of Heaven opened by the free, insane, girls of nowhere, with the key found at the bottom of the sea that keeps on spreading by tears and boredom.

Painter gals carandsex is a group that grew naturally as the members met as classmates at university and exchanged drawings, notes and poems. Though their expressions originate from intimate and ephemeral whispers, they hold the potential of connecting to units that are labelled society, or the world. Of all the dreams and promises that never happen in our lives, when the one finally happens, it becomes the power to prove to be the grand piece that governs entirety.
