Statement

音や温度などの物質的性質を持たない抽象的な存在を図像化し
そのイメージによる感覚や体験の保存及び伝達に注力している。

Visualizes abstract entities such as sound and temperature, and has a focus on the preservation and communication of the feelings and experiences from the image onto canvas and paper.

リズムに合わせるように、様々なチャンネルを切り替え活動するDavid。その横断型のスタイルはそれぞれが有機的に影響し合い、時に領域や時代のトラディションをも投影する。脳内に流れる断片的な情景や着想、瞬く間に過ぎ去っていく感情や感覚を繋ぎ止めていく作品の数々は、精神的活動が目に見える物質同様に実在していることを示す器として機能している。誰もが予測できないような、今ここにしかない表現に期待したい。

David switches channels in his activities like adjusting to different rhythms. His transverse style organically influences each other, and at times can even project the traditions of domains and eras.His many pieces of artwork that capture fractures of landscapes and inspiration that travel the mind, and the fleeting emotions and senses that pass by, function as a vessel to indicate that spiritual activities exist, just as materials that can be seen to the eye do. I anticipate his unpredictable expressions, that only exist right this moment.
