PROFILE

中国北京生まれ。中国で大学を卒業した後、岩絵具を用いる伝統的な技法をもっと触れたいと思い、来日した。普段は中国神話物語をテーマにし、制作している。日本では古代から受け継がれる伝統的絵画技法や文化も消えずに現代にまでしっかりと引き継がれているため、ここでしか学ぶことのできない古典的絵画技法を習得しながら自分の作品に活かせたらと思っている。グループ展2018「るーきー」阪急阪神百貨店（大阪）、2019 「ERROR」堀川　AC Lab（京都）に参加。

Born in Beijing, China. After graduating from university, I wanted to have a further understanding about mineral pigments, and decided to come to Japan. I create artworks based on Chinese Mythology stories. In Japan, traditional painting techniques are inherited from ancient times to the present day, and I think the classical painting skills that can be only learned here will be helpful to me to find my own drawing methods. I have joined group exhibitions including 2018 “Ruki”, Hankyu Hansinn department store Osaka, and 2019 “ERROR” Horikawa AC lab Kyoto.

STATEMENT

古代中国神話はアジア文化史の基盤となる哲学的要素を含む。各物語の裏に隠れている人間の多面的本性や世の中の根源的なところに光を当て、制作を通じ表現し、それを世界に発信していきたいと考えている。昔の人々は自然界に神霊が宿っていることを揺るぎなく信じていた。現代の人々にもその無垢な信心深さを伝えたいと考えている。“自然を畏怖しながらも自然の恵みに感謝する”それこそが神話が存在する意義だと私は思っているからである。

The ancient Chinese Mythology has its own philosophy which is the common part of Asian culture and history. I want to shed light on the multifaceted nature of human beings and the roots of the world behind each story, and to express it through my art work for the world to see. In the old days, people believed that spirits existed in the natural world. I want to convey the ancient people’s faith to modern people. Appreciate the blessings of nature while respecting nature – this is where I think the significance of myths are.

近年日本画の大学院には優秀なアジアからの留学生が多く集まるようになった。テーマも描写力も抜きに出る学生も多く、そのひとりにHがいる。「猩猩」は、なかでも異様な光彩を放つ作品であった。どうみても現代を生きる人々が描いたとは思えない迫真性。怪異な彼らから話を見聞きしたのではないかと思えるような臨場感。最先端のCGとAIを駆使して恐竜を蘇生させても誰も恐怖を覚える事は無いが、絵巻に彼女が描いた猩猩たちは、醜悪であり、猥雑であり、我々現代人が秘匿している業をすべて吐露しているかのようであった。果たしてHが描いたのか、二分心のように何者かに描かされたのか・・作家とは何かという謎もそこに残る。
